Section 1.05 RELATED WORK INCLUDED BY ELEVATOR CONTRACTOR'S SUBCONTRACTORS IN THIS SECTION: 1. Contractor shall visit the building, examine the existing conditions, power supply, standby/emergency power supply, emergency battery lowering, mainline disconnect, and include all work needed to ensure a fully code compliant modernization. Contractor or his sub-contractors shall perform this work

Section 1.12 SCHEDULING AND SEQUENCING: B. Sequence: 1. Work under this contract shall be done in the following sequence. Any change to this must be approved by the Owner's Representative. Complete all work for each sequence before proceeding with the next. a. Sequence (1) One 2027: Start Hotel Towers, Garages and Corporate Center service elevator – est. Five crews. b. Sequence (2) Two 2028: Remaining Tower and Garages – est. Five crews.

Section 2.13 HOISTWAY EQUIPMENT: Q. Compensation: 1. Elevator No. TS1-TS4, TP9, TP10: Retain existing chains. 2. Verify if compensation is required for TP7 and TP8.

Section 2.09 CAR ENCLOSURES: B. Passenger Cars: 3. Ventilation, New: b. AC Units TP1-TP10 only: Provide air conditioning unit mounted on canopy with sound isolation pads. System shall be thermostatically controlled to maintain cab temperature of 75 degrees F. Connect to emergency power circuits.
